Oh my, I totally forgot about this wedding, came across their wedding pictures while I was sifting through my 8000 + pics, this was such an exquisite and beautiful wedding, it definitely goes down as 1 of my favourites! This couple got married at 10am in the morning, by 1:30pm they were leaving to the airport... My favourite thing in their pictures would have to be the natural light.
Late last year, I had the privilege of taking Esther's daughter's wedding pictures, Gill's pics will be uploaded soon :)

Last year I got the opportunity to do a creative family shoot with my besties, Ros & Nig, it really was to signify the arrival of the newest member of their family, Kai Jacobs - his newborn images will be uploaded soon soon. Here we focused on the 3 before they became 4, Keiyon was a real trooper, we got some cute images of him, mostly being crazy & mischievous - but it was a oodles of fun!

The weekend passed in a haze, I spent a necessary amount of time this backing up all my photography work and whilst doing so spent quite a chunk of time reminiscing at the weddings and birthday parties I've privy to capture. So to keep the momentum going, today I'm going to update my blog with Matric dance images, I was inspired by Kashan's photoshoot on Saturday - her pics will be up shortly, but first i'm updating the blog with images of my very beautiful cousin, Rebekah van Rooi, her Matric dance was in March this year, this little lady designed this dress herself, she decided to go greek and won the best dressed prize. 100 points for her creativity :)

Uploading a few of Candice and Leroy's wedding images... I love the scripture they chose for the back cover of their wedding photobook - it read, He who finds a wife, finds what is good and receives favour from the Lord. Proverbs 18:22 - blessed words and I have no doubt that this couple are going to find that favour - their love shone through at every moment on their wedding day, was a truly a pleasure to share in this day with them!
Peace. Light. Love.
