Meagan is my incredibly beautiful cousin - she was so torn between asking me to take some of her wedding images and being a guest at her wedding in December 2012, so I struck a deal with her that I would take a few images on the day so it wouldn't feel as if I was working and then after her wedding sometime early in 2013 she would let me do a city shoot. Meagan is one of the most unconventional people I know, you'll see her love for the arts shine through in everything from her wedding dress to her family heirloom bouquet. Lyndon is really the yin to her yang, they are best friends and it shows in their 2 men gang! I love them too bits :)

Literally 2 days before Christmas 2012, I was asked to take some family photos of the Kennedy's...
We headed out to my favourite photo spots out in the Kalkbay area... and then to Tokai Forest Arboretum for some family Christmas sparkle, their beautiful girls definitely brought that sparkle ;)

Gill & Justin contacted me January 2012 to make sure I would be available to take their wedding pictures in December 2012, and their thorough planning had them in good stead. Everything was practically perfect, planned to the T. I had taken Gill's mom's wedding pictures the previous year, so being around them all again felt like a family reunion :)
They had their wedding out in Stellenbosch and to add a bit of variety to that mix, they allowed me to take them on a Dorpie excursion as part of their bridal couple shoot ,which I had more fun at :)

This post is dedicated to my beautiful little fella... he's going to be a whopping 5 years old at the end of August. Here are some of his pictures taken in the last year, such a character always acting like a monkey, he actually doesn't like me taking pics of him, but because I have to just give him the "look" he walks around with a permanent cheesy grin when he sees me with my camera. HA!
